Product Overview
DICAINUO® D333 is a leveling agent used in water-based coating systems, featuring the following outstanding properties:
★ Good compatibility and versatility
★ It can be cross-linked and also has an improving effect on the performance of the coating
★ High performance, excellent mirror-like leveling effect, enhancing the gloss and vividness of the paint film
★It does not affect the interlayer adhesion, the adhesion of hot stamping or ink, nor does it affect the water resistance of the coating film
★ Prevent craters caused by incomplete cleaning of the substrate, hand sweat, dust particles or incompatible substances

Application scope
DICAINUO® D333 has excellent compatibility in various water-based systems and can be widely applied in a wide range of high-end industrial coatings (including but not limited to water-based plastic paints, water-based hardware paints, water-based UV paints, water-based PU paints, and water-based soft coatings), automotive coatings, wood and furniture coatings, high-grade inks, decorative coatings, etc. It can also be used in general industrial coatings, printing inks and architectural coatings to solve leveling problems.
Addition method/Recommended dosage
For the best results, DICAINUO® D333 should be added at the beginning of production.
The dosage is 1 to 2.0% of the total formula, depending on the actual situation.
Storage
DICAINUO® D333 should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry and cool place, and kept in a sealed container at 5℃ to 25℃.
Packaging specification
25 kg per drum or 200 kg per drum.
