Product Overview
DICAINUO® D216 is a highly efficient defoamer for water-based coating systems, featuring the following outstanding properties:
★ Good compatibility and versatility
★ It does not affect the adhesion between layers, the adhesion of hot stamping or ink
★It shows rapid and long-lasting defoaming performance in various water-based coating systems
★It provides extremely excellent defoaming properties without causing surface defects or affecting the performance of the coating film
★When widely used in various transparent and colored coatings, the varnish is more transparent and the colored paint has better color rendering

Application scope
DICAINUO® D216 has excellent compatibility in various water-based systems and can be widely applied in a wide range of high-end industrial coatings (including but not limited to water-based plastic paints, water-based hardware paints, water-based UV paints, water-based PU paints, water-based soft coatings), automotive coatings, wood and furniture coatings, high-grade inks, decorative coatings, etc.
Addition method/Recommended dosage
For the best results, DICAINUO® D216 should be added at the beginning of production, or it can be added in two segments as needed.
The dosage is 0.1 to 1.0% of the total formula.
Storage
DICAINUO® D216 should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry and cool place, and kept in a sealed container at 5℃ to 25℃.
Packaging specification
25 kg per drum or 200 kg per drum.
