Product Overview
DICAINUO® D100 is a substrate wetting agent for water-based coating systems, featuring the following outstanding properties:
★ Good compatibility and versatility
★ Good transparency and excellent color development
★ Excellent leveling property, reducing the orange peel effect
★ Prevent defects such as craters, oil spots, fisheyes and pinholes caused by incomplete cleaning or contamination of the substrate
★ Strongly reduce the surface tension of liquid coatings and enhance the wettability to difficult-to-wet substrates or contaminated substrates

Application scope
DICAINUO® D100 has excellent compatibility in various water-based systems and can be widely applied in a wide range of high-end industrial coatings (including but not limited to water-based plastic paints, water-based hardware paints, water-based UV paints, water-based PU paints, and water-based soft coatings), automotive coatings, wood and furniture coatings, high-grade inks, decorative coatings, etc. It can also be used in general industrial coatings and printing inks to solve problems such as wetting, leveling and preventing oil spots, craters and fisheyes.
Addition method/Recommended dosage
For the best results, DICAINUO® D100 should be added during the production stage and thoroughly mixed. If it needs to be added later, it is recommended to dilute it before adding and mixing for better results.
The dosage is 0.1 to 1% of the total formula, and it can also be adjusted according to the actual situation.
Storage
DICAINUO®D100 should be stored in a dry and cool place, and kept in a sealed container at 5℃ to 25℃.
Packaging specification
