Product Overview
DICAINUO® D501 is a rheology modifier used in water-based coating systems, featuring the following outstanding properties:

Application scope
DICAINUO® D501 has excellent compatibility in most water-based systems and can be widely applied in various high-end industrial coatings (including but not limited to water-based plastic paints, water-based hardware paints, water-based UV paints, water-based PU paints, water-based soft coatings), automotive coatings, wood and furniture coatings, high-grade inks, decorative coatings, etc. It can also be used for anti-settling, anti-sagging or thickening of concentrated color pastes or water-based coatings.
Addition method/Recommended dosage
For the best results, DICAINUO® D501 should be added at the beginning of production. It is more effective to pre-dilute it with deionized water before adding.
The dosage is 0.3 to 5.0% of the total formula.
Storage
DICAINUO® D501 should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry and cool place, and kept in a sealed container at 5℃ to 25℃.
Packaging specification
25 kg per drum or 200 kg per drum.
